Transportation, meals, and entrance fees are generally not included, unless otherwise specified.

Our tours involve walking, outdoor activities, and the use of public transportation.

Participants are responsible for managing their own safety and physical condition.

While we take reasonable care in guiding our tours, we do not guarantee the prevention of all accidents, injuries, or losses.

While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour.

 

4. Disclaimer of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from:

The participant’s own negligence or actions Natural disasters, weather conditions, or transportation delays Incidents caused by third parties (including public transportation, restaurants, or other facilities) Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

However, this does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by us or our guides.

 

5. Liability for Damages

Participants are responsible for any damages caused to third parties or us due to their intentional or negligent actions.

 

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for injury, medical expenses, and personal liability.

 

7. Health Condition

Participants must ensure they are physically fit to join the tour.

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or concerns.

 

8. Itinerary Change

We may modify or partially cancel the itinerary due to weather, traffic conditions, or participant circumstances.

 

9. Late Arrival / Cancellation

No refunds will be provided for late arrival, no-shows, or early departure by the participant.

 

10. Photos and Social Media

Photos taken during the tour may be used for our website or social media only with prior consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court.
